I spent 10 years in sales leadership and during that time I learned what really fueled my success. It wasn’t the best or latest sales tactics. It wasn’t because of my hard work nor my team’s hard work. It was a result of caring about and investing in the people. I learned that my true passion in life was helping people see their unique superpowers and how to leverage those to unlock their fullest potential not just in their career but in their life.
